Unfortunately we do not support sending multiple cake cards within one order, even to the same address.
The Cake Card is designed as a single recipient product and sending multiple cards within one order creates complications within our packaging and assembly process.
Therefore, if you wish to send to more than one to the same destination, we request you place an order for each card you wish to send.
